Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing

Please understand that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before tax).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status through your account on our site.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

  • Carrier delivery delays or lost/stolen packages (though we’ll help resolve issues when we can)
