Refund & Return Policy
Effective July 2025

We want you to feel proud and confident in what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s). Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging, with tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear

We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet these standards.

Refund & Exchange Options

We offer:

  • Full refunds to the original payment method

  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available)

  • Store credit if you prefer to shop with us again

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

How to Make a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@smallworldclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Clearance or marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards
